Power Greens and Beet Smoothie - Meal Plan Recipe

As a busy mom of three, I rely on smoothies a lot to get my nutrients and eat well. This is just one of those recipes that helps me feel good and works well with my digestion. Loaded with vitamin C, potassium, iron and fiber, this smoothie is also rich in immune boosting nutrients from fresh fruits and vegetables all in one glass!
1/4 cup peeled and diced raw beet 1/2 banana 1/2 cup kale and swiss chard (or desired greens combo) 1/4 cup organic prune juice 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup cold water 1 ice cube 1 tablespoon raw coconut butter
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and combine on high until blended. Serve immediately.
