Frozen Fruit - Simple & Delicious Snacking

There really is no need for a recipe here (maybe directions if you are freezing yourself). If you are freezing yourself, simply take fresh raspberries and spread out on a silicone or parchment paper lined baking tray. Make sure the berries are not touching. Freeze overnight, and then gather into an airtight container and freeze until ready to use.
It is a hot day today, and I didn't get a chance to make popsicles. However, we have lots of frozen treats already in the freezer ready to eat. From frozen berries, to banana slices, to grapes, to blueberries, the snackable possibilities are endless! The kiddos love these too, each has their favorite. It's amazing how popping raspberries in the freezer changes them so much, and brings about such giddiness when eating. They take a moment to melt in your mouth, something reminiscent of a succulent and indulgent treat. Nature's candy!
Best of all, freezing and keeping the fruits whole (as opposed to blending) retains most of the nutrients. Sometimes the simplest things are the best things!
