Courage to Walk Through
The best way out is always through.”
- Robert Frost

Courage is often used in terms of brave warriors. However, sometimes the seemingly simplest things require the most courage. Speaking our truth, saying ‘no’, and even trusting the process of life, are times that may take courage. Sometimes a situation presents itself that demands us to look deeper inside our self. Not always is there a physical battle that is present, yet often an internal battle exists. These internal struggles can be very powerful with barricades of fear. However, with the courage to act, and see the rain through to the rainbow, the barricades can be removed and the struggles cease to have so much power. We all have inside of us a voice of courage – the part of us that is not led by fear. It does not mean that fear does not exist; it is living and doing in spite of this fear. Challenges may come and if you can follow them through, growth is inevitable. You may not always know the answer, but without the courage to search, you will never know anything different.
