Treat Yourself with Natural Colors!

A Dangerous Rainbow:  Artificial Colors & Dyes in Our Food - A brief history to the use of food dyes, from 1900 to where we are now.  Three common colors are discussed, their dervivatives and some concerns for consumption and use in food products.  Children are commonly the target of food dyes, enticing little ones with a rainbow of colors.  They are also more sensitive as their bodies are smaller and need to process the chemicals, which is something to consider when giving these products to our children.
