My name is Sarah, and I have a B.A. in Political Science, an M.S. in Holistic Nutrition and am a Certified Yoga Teacher.  I am a firm believer that true health of mind, body, and soul, only comes when we find balance between what we consume, how we consume it, and how we view the world.  As a mother of three amazing kiddos, I advocate the importance of real food and mindful eating, and that no matter how hard the storm, to always look for the rainbow after the rain.
